What we do.

Financial Operations is comprised of a number of departments that provide a wide range of financial services on behalf of—and for—the university community. These departments include Accounting Operations, Financial Reporting and Cost Reimbursement, Payroll, Student Financial Services, Student Loan Collections, and Teller Services. Providing information and resources for the internal and external financial reporting needs of the university community.

Offering information and resources about all aspects of the payroll process from reporting time to viewing paycheck data.

Managing student account billing and collection at the University of Michigan.

Providing information and resources for U-M managed student loan billing, payment, and deferment processes.

Working in conjunction with Student Financial Services to provide cash services to students, faculty and staff.
