Budget Reallocation Functionality (formerly Form 7471)

Functionality is available to submit budget reallocations online using M-Pathways.  (This replaces the Project Budget Allocation-Form, formerly called the 7471, which was phased out 1/5/15.)

The functionality incorporates workflow to ensure that the proper approvals are obtained per Sponsored Programs.
