The University of Michigan (U-M) has agreements with and receives funding from a variety of governmental, not-for-profit and industrial sponsors. These are legally binding agreements or grants that require the adherence to the guidelines set forth by each sponsoring agency. These guidelines, along with various university policies, protect research participants, researchers, students, research resources, and U-M's research environment.

Non-Federal Guidelines
The Non-Federal post award guidelines are determined by the individual granting agencies. Please refer to your agreement or your sponsor contact if you have questions regarding their guidelines.
