Oracle EPM Budget and Reporting

Data availability:

Financial data (balance sheet and income statement) is refreshed Monday-Friday at 5:00 AM.
HR data (Funding FTE and salary information) is refreshed monthly and updated by 9:00 AM following the close of the monthly business cycle.

Status information:

Validated Status: Financial data for a closed accounting period has been reconciled against university-wide nVision reports.
Unvalidated Status: Financial data has been loaded into the system but has not yet been reconciled against university-wide nVision reports.
Loaded Status: Funding FTE and salary data was loaded into the system for university-wide use.
Load Failed Status: The overnight scheduled data load failed to complete and updated daily system data is not available.

Prior Period Information:

Additional prior period entries may continue to be posted through September. As these entries are processed, previously reported financial data for affected accounting periods may change. We will continue to monitor prior period activity and update data accordingly to ensure the information remains as current and accurate as possible.
