Data availability:
- Financial data (balance sheet and income statement) is refreshed Monday-Friday at 5:00 AM.
- HR data (Funding FTE and salary information) is refreshed monthly and updated by 9:00 AM following the close of the monthly business cycle.
Status information:
- Validated Status: Financial data for a closed accounting period has been reconciled against university-wide nVision reports.
- Unvalidated Status: Financial data has been loaded into the system but has not yet been reconciled against university-wide nVision reports.
- Loaded Status: Funding FTE and salary data was loaded into the system for university-wide use.
- Load Failed Status: The overnight scheduled data load failed to complete and updated daily system data is not available.
