You must register first at 800 227-3964 before contacting a realtor.  This program applies only when you buy and/or sell your home through the Real Estate One Family of Companies.  If you sold your home and bought your new home using this program, you would receive a 20% commission rebate on both transactions. Example: buying a $100,000 home with a 6% commission split between the buying agent and the selling agent. As a buyer you would receive 20% of the commission, which is the amount going to the buying agent. The amount would be $600. The more expensive the home, the more you receive.  You must register before contacting any realtor.
