Effort Reporting Procedures - Periodic Review of Effort Distribution

  1. The employee is ultimately responsible to ensure that payroll distribution reasonably reflects effort distributed over the report period. To facilitate the review, employees should periodically review the PREVIEW Effort Certification Report available in Wolverine Access under Employee Self Service.
  2. When significant changes, i.e. 5% or greater, need to be made, the unit administrator (or designee) initiates a DBE correction.
